As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead design projects from concept to completion, collaborate with clients and team members, and ensure the highest quality of design execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead interior design projects, including concept development, space planning, and detailed design.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Create and present design proposals including mood boards, renderings, and material selections.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Mentor at and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
