Urgent Requirement for Interior Designer
Location: Andheri, Sakinaka
TRAVELING PAN INDIA REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development:
Develop innovative and practical interior designs for healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, etc.
Create space planning, layouts, and mood boards tailored to client needs and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive design solutions.
Present concepts and designs to clients and incorporate feedback effectively.
Material & Vendor Coordination:
Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely procurement and installation.
Documentation & Technical Drawings:
Prepare detailed working drawings, 3D visualizations, and specifications for projects.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and building codes.
Project Oversight:
Monitor on-site implementation to ensure alignment with the design intent.
Address and resolve any design-related issues during project execution.
Innovation & Trends:
Stay updated on design trends, innovations, and technologies in healthcare interiors.
Integrate sustainable and ergonomic practices into designs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in interior design, preferably in healthcare or commercial projects.
Technical Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Experience with rendering tools like 3Ds Max or Lumion is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong creative vision, excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare design standards and practices is preferred.
