Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Interior Designer with a strong sales background to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative design skills and sales acumen to drive business growth and. deliver exceptional client experiences. This role involves leading design projects, collaborating with clients, and playing a key role in sales activities to expand our market presence.
Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
Experience in layout and concept development.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools).
Strong communication and client management skills.
Ability to understand and translate client needs.
Attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
Willingness to conduct site visits as needed.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
Portfolio demonstrating design skills and completed projects.
Education
Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ) preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record in sales.
Experience in high-end residential and commercial projects is highly desirable.
Attributes:
