JOB DESCRIPTION
Design Responsibilities
1. Conceptualization & Planning
• Develop innovative design concepts tailored to client needs and aesthetics.
• Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
2. Project Coordination
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Recommend suitable materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with client expectations.
3. Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure all designs meet applicable building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date project documentation.
Sales Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement
• Respond to client inquiries and conduct site visits for spatial assessments.
• Present compelling design proposals to secure project commitments.
2. Target Achievement
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by closing deals and upselling design solutions.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
3. Follow-Ups
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and keep clients informed on project progress.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in interior design, with proven exposure to client interactions and sales.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent design tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
