Senior Interior Designer​/Architect

Position: Senior Interior Designer / Architect ( 4 to 6 years’ experience )

Dwella ( ) is one stop destination when it comes to home interiors. Known to bring the most curated collection across India and globally. Located in the heart of Bangalore city having and experience canter of 20,000 sq- feet at Indiranagar – 100 feet road.

A good candidate is one who is:

•.Who has prior experience in working on turnkey projects

• Highly motivated, with excellent communication and organizational skills

• Have extensive AutoCAD, Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office, and 3D modelling experience is mandatory. Hand sketching abilities are a bonus.

• Interest in Product Design, Branding & Graphic design

• Strong client-facing personality with verbal and communication skills to interact with demanding clientele.

• Go-getter and no-compromise attitude in ensuring work done get on time and under budget.

• Problem solver who can think quickly and solve onsite issues during installation and provide guidance to team and clients.

Key focus areas include the following:

• Production of Presentation drawings & Construction Drawing Packages, with particular emphasis on furniture detailing.

• Completing 3D Rendering for various project proposals.

• Co-ordination with various vendors, sourcing materials, ordering samples, and compiling detailed schedule documents, including FFE, fixtures & hardware.

• Site visits and site coordination.

• Ability to work within part of a larger project team, including liaising with contractors, coordinating the design work with outside consultants, and communicating with suppliers on a regular basis.
