We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join our internal audit team. The ideal candidate will assist in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within the organisation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Results, Forecasting & Reporting:

Plan, execute, and report on internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan.

Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Identify control gaps, weaknesses, and areas of improvement; provide actionable recommendations.

Prepare clear and concise audit reports for management, highlighting key risks and proposed mitigations.

Communicate audit outcomes in a clear, business-friendly manner to non-financial stakeholders.

Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure proper implementation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and associated risks.

Assist in the development and updating of internal audit methodologies and procedures.

Support external audits and regulatory examinations as required.

Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging risks, and regulatory changes.
