Build and maintain sophisticated Excel-based financial models to evaluate acquisition opportunities, including revenue synergies, cost optimization, and integration scenarios
Prepare valuation analyses (DCF, comparable transactions, precedent M&A), scenario modeling, and performance projections to support acquisition decisions and monitor portfolio performance
Partner with the origination team to identify, evaluate, and execute on acquisition opportunities as part of our strategic roll-up initiative
Lead deal structuring, negotiation support, and post-acquisition integration planning across multiple concurrent transactions
Support cross-functional initiatives related to deal sourcing, underwriting, structuring, portfolio management, operations, technology, and marketing
