Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned attorney with a strong background in equity and hybrid credit deal related documentation and legal matters, applicable laws and regulations.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and advise on negotiation of documentation relating to all aspects of our investments, including equity and debt term sheets, loan agreements, and equity sale and purchase agreements.

• Assist with regulatory matters impacting our investments (including global and local regulations) such as the Bank Holding Company Act and the Volcker Rule.

• Collaborate with compliance and other control-side teams on regulatory matters and investigations.

• Liaise with regional and global legal teams on matters impacting the investment and fund business.

• Prepare submission materials for internal committees.

• Requirements:

• A qualified lawyer with 9-14 years post-qualification experience.

• Strong grounding in equity and hybrid credit deal related documentation and legal matters, applicable laws and regulations, with a focus on India.

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently.

• Demonstrated client service focus and ability to build relationships across different levels, functions, and regions.
