SRT Marine Systems plc runs a hybrid / remote working model for this role, therefore we are open to you as our Senior iOS Developer to either work remote with monthly visits to our office or to work hybrid if this suits better for you. You must be based in the UK.
Role Overview For Our Senior IOS Developer (not Exhaustive)
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior iOS Developer to take the next step in their career and play a big role within a new team helping to expand the company.
With emphasis on quality, working alongside the team lead in an Agile/Scrum environment, you'll help prioritise and plan, be responsible for creating, enhancing and maintaining a new app.
Experience Requirements Of The Senior IOS Developer
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Familiar with SOLID principles, bonus points for exposure to Domain Driven Design
• Good understanding of common design patterns such as MVC, MVVM
• Motivated with a proactive approach, comfortable taking ownership
• Experience working within an Agile environment using Scrum
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• Experience tracking progress using JIRA
• Focused on native using Xcode, Swift + SwiftUI, watchOS
• Attention to detail, focused on writing clean readable code
• Willingness and ability to take on complex technical challenges
• Experience working with REST API
• Version control using Git and Bitbucket
• Interest in UX design principles
• An appreciation of design and high-fidelity visualization
• Bonus points for any experience developing static frameworks and the ability to showcase personal projects
