Job Title:
We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to lead our ServiceNow team.
About the Role:
This role will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions and platform operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire a local team of ServiceNow solution architects, developers, and operations specialists to drive successful implementations.
• Develop and oversee project plans and schedules to meet business objectives.
• Communicate complex technical solutions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and administrators to ensure the quality of technical deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency.
• Perform code reviews and develop project estimates to manage project resources and schedules.
• Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow architect or consultant.
• Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including administration, development, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience in implementing complex integrations using IPAAS solutions such as MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Dell Boomi.
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
