Job Description:
Responsibilities –Studio Profile - Experience 3 year Plus
• Experience with VC applications zoom, Google meeting, and Microsoft teams
• Desktop Laptop Hardware installations and troubleshooting
• Installation and troubleshooting of Windows Win 7 and above, and other applications required for the user
• Lan, Router, leased line configuration
• CCTV Biokey Configuration and troubleshooting
• I/O and Lan crimping
• Outlook configuration – POP/SMTP
• Excel knowledge
• Excellent communication skills to understand teaching faculty requirements during the Zoom sessions.
• Patience and ability to train teaching faculty in new and existing IT setups. And also fulfil the additional technical requirements of the faculty
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues faced during online zoom meetings.
• Arranging video conferencing sessions, creating meeting IDs, and communicating by email to the concerned departments
• monitor the participant's activity during online sessions, guide them on chat and quickly respond to incoming chat messages
• Resolve Incidents and Problems associated with End User computers, video conference Equipment and Software, and provide fixed support, advice, and assistance to Users.
• maintenance of video conference hardware and conducting daily testing of devices to ensure the smooth working of Devices
• assist in all other online session areas as necessary
• Ensure the Studio infrastructure requirements & working status is checked on a regular basis and is well maintained.
• Coordinate with vendor/ISP team service, and complaint logging as necessary to keep office Equipment and Software in good working order, following the authorized warranty and repair process.
• Reply to post-session queries/complaints sent by email.
• Maintaining and sharing studio Admin/ I.T reports, preparing session attendance in excel
• Uploading of recorded lectures on the cloud.
• Coordinate the schedule of upcoming sessions with the concerned department.
Working days - Wed to Monday (Tuesday off) Office Timings - +:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:30 AM-6:30 PM
Sunday 8:30 AM-+:30 PM
Wed, Thurs, Friday, and Monday (+ AM-6 PM)
Tuesday is off
