Job Description:
We are looking to hire Senior IT Recruiter (Remote) to join Team Maarut who are passionate to source, connect, and engage with candidates in US & Canada market through unique tools, sites and events. This role needs candidates to work in Eastern Time Zone (EST), interested candidates should be able to work on these timings.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate must have experience working with client requirements.
Updating and maintaining the ATS (Zoho) for future requirements, generating daily reports, and updating them.
Building and managing candidate pipelines and proactive talent pools for our most critical roles
Expertly managing the full-lifecycle of recruiting for your positions (source, pre-qualify, interview, assess, extend/negotiate offers)
Hands-on experience in contract, permanent, contract-to-hire positions.
Strong understanding of technical requirements, deep sourcing skills, and excellent candidate assessment skills.
Experience using job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn. Etc
Experience in various search/sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, near search strings.
Screening and shortlisting of resumes according to the requirements.
Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills handling US & Canadian Citizens
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
1-2 years of experience as a recruiter in a mid to large size organization
A relentless focus on finding the best talent for your clients, leveraging a variety of platforms, systems and techniques
Demonstrated ability to assess talent utilizing formal methodologies
Ability to multitask and prioritize the demands of multiple clients
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience as US/Canadian IT Recruiter in a mid to large size organization
MBA in HR Domain, as well as recruiting experience, is preferred.
This role required candidates to work in EST (Eastern Standard Timing), only apply if you are able to work during this time

Should have a good internet connection with a minimum speed of 40 MBPS or better and should have at least 500 GB data from a reliable provider.
