We’re looking for a System Engineer to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. In this System Engineer role, we are looking for a candidate with a strong background in identity and access management (IAM) technologies. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of IAM systems, protocols, and best practices, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions in enterprise environments.
This position reports into the Senior Manager, Information Systems Engineering and will be based in our Pune office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately. Apply today to join our team of Groundbreakers.
What you’ll do:
• Deploy, and maintain identity and access management (IAM) solutions to meet the security and compliance requirements of our internal clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IAM workflows, policies, and procedures that balance security and usability.
• Configure and integrate IAM systems with existing infrastructure, applications, and directory services to ensure seamless user authentication and authorization.
• Develop and maintain IAM documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and best practice recommendations.
What we’re looking for:
• 5-7 years of experience in system engineering, with a focus on identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
• Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experienc
• In-depth understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts, including authentication, authorization, single sign-on (SSO), federation, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Proficiency in IAM technologies and protocols, such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Active Directory.
• Experience with IAM solutions from leading vendors, such as Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Okta
• Strong scripting and automation skills, with proficiency in languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues and implement effective solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
