Position Purpose
The position is a BAU software developer position in collateral management team. It requires the team member to work on bilateral phased maintenance business requests related to functional enhancements. The change requests are part of the planned sprint releases which need to follow a strict deadline and at the same time adhering to all the necessary processes in the project.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Job Tasks (directly linked to the objectives of the employee)
• Application analysis and development / support / enhancements / bug-fixing.
• Understand the Functional aspects of the application
• Prepare test plans and conduct the tests at Unit and Functional level
• Conduct Integration and Regression tests as required
• Report progress to the Team Lead.
• Escalate of problems to local Team Lead / management
• Ensuring that the project and organization standards are followed during various phases of software development life-cycle and day to day development work.
• Meet deadlines deliverables.
