Job Brief:
1. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.
2. Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential.
3. Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
4. Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
5. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
6. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
7. Productivity of Team members.
8. Support Team members to go to next level.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in Java 2. Experience in Java Development 3. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming 4. Familiar with various design and architectural patterns 5. Skill for writing reusable Java libraries 6. Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java 7. Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful 8. Familiarity with Java GUI frameworks such as Swing, SWT, and AWT depending on project requirements +. Experience with popular web application frameworks, such as Play and Spark 10. Ability of writing clean, readable Java code 11. Experience with both external and embedded databases 12. Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application 13. Knowledge of Angular is an added advantage 14. Basic understanding of the class loading mechanism in Java 15. Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes 16. Basic understanding of JVM, its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds 17. Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests 18. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git 1+. Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle 20. Familiarity with continuous integration. Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc) 21. Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) 22. Experience in the Spring Framework 23. Experience as a Sun Certified Java Developer 24. Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
