Position Purpose
In this role, you will be part of an international, multi-functional squad with colleagues in Chennai and Belgium. The squad is responsible for the development and maintenance of a key payment application of BNP Paribas Group. It works in an agile mode with daily huddles and frequent production releases, whilst maintaining high quality standards.
The squad is part of Tribe Payments with its main management in Belgium at BNP Paribas Fortis, a sister company of ISPL.
Responsibilities
As member of an international, multi-functional squad, you participate to the analysis, design, development, integration, test and support of qualitative Payments products, solutions and services in Java technology.
Act as an expert of the java development, guaranteeing high code quality, promoting new technologies & best practices.
Ensure together with the other squad members the implementation of APIs, maintenance and future improvements.
Assist the squad product owner to refine the business requirements into functional and technical requirements via Features and User Stories.
Collaborate with other squads at Tribe Payments and other Tribes within BNPP group.
Ensure the 3rd line support
Document the solutions.
