Senior Java Developer / Software Engineer London / WFH to £+0k
Do you have strong core Java development skills combined with FX trading domain experience?
You could be progressing your career and earning significant bonuses, in a senior, hands on Java Developer role at a young, highly successful Investment Management firm that manages money for high net worth individuals.
As a Senior Java Developer you'll take a lead role in small team to design and develop a Greenfield FX trading system, utilising your knowledge of FX markets alongside technical expertise. You'll be using core Java in a Linux environment with Oracle database. You'll be able to see the business benefits and results of your work quickly and make an impact on the bottom line.
Location / WFH:
You can work from home, joining colleagues in the Mayfair office twice a week.
About you:
• You have strong core Java design and development skills on high performance trading systems
• You have a strong understanding of FX markets including TWAP, VWAP, Bid / Ask, Market depth
• You have a thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, multi-threading
• You are degree educated in a scientific or technical discipline
• You have excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
