🔧 Role Overview:
• Develop scalable microservices using Java (8+), Spring Boot
• Build real-time event streaming with Apache Kafka
• Leverage Redis for caching and messaging
• Analyze requirements and contribute to system architecture
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical reviews
• Deploy using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)
✅ Required Skills:
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience (mandatory)
• Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis, REST APIs
• SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, and testing frameworks
• Team leadership, Agile collaboration, problem-solving
✨ Good to Have:
• BFSI or Fintech experience
• Knowledge of AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, ELK stack
• Exposure to event-driven design or cloud-native patterns
