Key Responsibilities :
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-availability Java-based applications and microservices
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Build and optimize RESTful services using Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability through best coding practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently
• Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions on time
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Strong experience in Java development with hands-on expertise in building microservices-based architectures
• In-depth knowledge of the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Data, Spring Security)
• Proficiency in software design patterns and best practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative team settings
Education
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Java-related certifications will be an added advantage
