About the team
Worldpay by FIS is building a community of engineers to develop and then commoditise a catalogue of enterprise wide consumable products that can easily and repeatably be scaled and deployed across our global Merchant Cloud & Automation Services (MCAS) architecture. The products you develop will help drive our organisation towards our strategic principle ‘Cloud First’ and our successes will be measured through the continued adoption of our MCAS products and services. Operating within a collaborative SAFe environment, we aim to deliver effective solutions focussed on business value.
What you will be doing
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Primary Skills:
Core Java, Java 8/Java11, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Microservices, Rest API, Spring JPA, Spring Batch, TypeScript, Node JS, Bootstrap, Hibernate, Docker, Jenkins, Apache Tomcat, Eclipse IDE, VS Code.
Nice to have:
Exposure to Microservices/Spring boot rest API development experience.
Exposure in designing applications and applied design patterns.
knowledge in one of the cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP.
Exposure to Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment.
Good communication and unit testing knowledge.
