About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing features for our web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications in line with business requirements and technical specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, business analysts, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code using Java and related technologies (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues in Java applications.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and functionality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Java development technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-4 years of professional experience in Java development.
Strong proficiency in Core Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and Hibernate.
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
Experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Version control using Git and experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
Understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Ability to write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
Experience with Frontend technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.,
