Candidate Profile
• Senior Software Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience
• Sound experience working in an agile development team
• In-depth knowledge of product development ( Product Design, implementation and testing).
• The candidate should be dynamic and self-driven with a sense of ownership of the product features he/she is working on.
Technical Skills
• Must-Have
• Expertise in Core Java.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and concepts.
• Ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Desirable
• Experience in Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
• Experience in the development of Web Services (REST) and systems integration.
• Experience with Message-oriented Middleware like ActiveMQ.
• Experience with Maven.
• Working knowledge of container technologies (eg. Docker).
• Experience working in a CI/CD environment.
• Experience with Java Swing.
• Experience with the Ant build tool.
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication, organization skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with others often working from remote locations.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a part of a dynamic team.
• Ability to work with geographically distributed teams.
• Strong inclination towards learning and acquiring new skills.
• Ability to effectively work from home whenever required.
