Job Overview
Senior Software Developer – Enterprise Integration at Transporeon is responsible for designing, implementing, and updating customer specific features fully independent. They have the technological and Transporeon specific knowledge to check the customer requirements and to advice Professional Services about the implementation possibilities of the business logic. Also, they analyze and solve issues with customer specific implementations, if needed in cooperation with other teams.
Essential Job Functions
• Implementing customer interfaces and custom developments.
• Coordinating with Software Development core teams.
• Transferring knowledge within the EI-teams.
• Supporting TL-EI with the onboarding of new team members.
• Managing and prioritizing support tickets.
• Ensuring code quality through code reviews and best practices.
• Representing Customer Technology by request from TL-EI in internal forums, and in customer meetings.
Required Experience and Skills
• This role requires 4+ years of experience.
• Very good knowledge of programming language and eco system (VM, build, libraries).
• Excellent knowledge of design patterns and technical solutions.
• Very good understanding about application performance and architecture.
• Experience in back-end Java software development and project-oriented work very close to real business
• Experience in development and maintenance of bidirectional interfaces to customer systems based on the following technologies: Java, Spring, Apache Camel, Soap, and XML
• Who can stand to our expectations that you ensure the quality of your work: you would participate on installation and operation of customer interfaces on our test and productive systems and would be as well responsible for the technical 3rd level support for our interface platform
