- Drive innovative software engineering practices and architecture design
- Work with business and other technology teams to establish frameworks for delivering online capability
- Development experience with good design, coding and debugging skills.
- Having the self-reliant ability to learn and work on new concepts within given time.
- Ability to work as an individual as well as in team environment.
- Min 4 years of software development experience with a proven track record of making technical decisions.
- Having good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills to manage and interact with individuals.
- Part of code review process and code optimization.
- Should be having experience on agile methodology.
- Strong communication skills
