• Conduct code reviews and performance optimizations to ensure high-quality and efficient code.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, proposing alternative solutions when necessary.
• Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in Java technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts and evaluate third-party tools and technologies for integration into the architecture.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Solution Architect or similar role, with a deep understanding of Java technologies.
• Strong proficiency in Java development, including frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate 1.8.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Maven and other build tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in Java technologies.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
