Design and lead the development of new features
Design, Develop and maintain Java-based back-end systems
Work with front-end developers to integrate the back-end and front-end systems
Troubleshoot and debug Java applications and services, specially on distributed environment
Work with other team leads, architects, developers and engineers to design and implement new features
Stay up-to-date on the latest Java technologies
Mentor and train junior developers
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in Java development
3+ years of experience in designing and leading on technical aspects
Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices and other Java frameworks
Experience with relational databases
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to mentor and train junior developers
