• Perform thorough unit testing and debugging of developed software to ensure quality and identify and fix any issues or bugs.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify and address any technical or architectural challenges.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Java development, the Spring Framework, Microservices, MVC, and J2EE technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, assisting them in their professional growth.
• Document software designs, architecture, and technical specifications.
