Novel Patterns seeks experienced Senior Java Developers to join our Noida team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in Java development and will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Java-based applications. This role requires strong technical expertise in Core Java, multithreading, Spring/Spring Boot, databases, and working collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Server-Side Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend solutions using Core Java, Spring, RESTful services, and SQL.
• Database Management: Work extensively with relational databases to manage data efficiently.
• API Integration: Develop and maintain APIs, ensuring seamless communication between the front and back end.
• Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize backend processes for performance, scalability, and security.
• Code Quality & Reviews: Write and review clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Documentation: Document backend processes, technical specifications, and APIs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers and other teams to integrate front-end components with the backend.
Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQL.
