Role: Java Developer
Experience: 5-7 Years of Experience
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Requirement Minimum Qualification: BE / BTech or any other bachelor’s degree
Mandatory Skills:
Data Structures, STL (Standard Template Library)/Collections
Good to have knowledge on Apache/Tomcat webservers and build tools Maven/ANT/Make
Knowledge on CI/CD tools like Jenkins/Docker and Kubernetes(Preferable)
Strong experience with Spring and Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security
Experience with Web Services (JSON, REST, JAX-RS, Spring based REST services)
Strong with Java8 / java10 , Rx-Java, Functional Programming, Webflux
Good to have knowledge on Angular/ReactJS or any other web technologies
Strong understanding of Java concurrency, concurrency patterns, lambda function , experience building thread safe code
Experience working with PostgreSQL and NO SQL db like Mongo, CouchDB, Casandra etc.
Experience with at least one of the development tools like Git, Gradle, Maven Sonar, Jenkins, Artifactory etc.
Experience with web application servers like Tomcat, JBoss etc.
Good understanding of OOP, design patterns and industry best practices
Agile project experience along with working on Agile tools like JIRA
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Expectations from Senior Engineer;
Able to decompose and transition a monolith to microservices.
Experienced and comfortable in using Docker and Kubernetes
Experience working in GCP hosting.
Should be hands-on and able to develop code and Proof of Concepts.
Drive the adoption of new technologies by researching technical trends and developments.
Worked in Agile Development and aware of CI-CD best practices.
Should be able to collaborate and work with the global teams.
Technology:
Well versed in java and j2ee technologies.
Extensive experience in Spring, SpringBoot, SpringCloud, ORM, Messaging technologies like Kafka, Caches, REST and Relational/NO-SQL databases.
Flexible & Skilled to understand Javascript libraries like NodeJS, ReactJS.
Worked on Maven, Gradle, GIT and Jenkins.
Good to have Skills/Certifications:
Java certifications.
Experience in security.
Exposure to Drone, Spinnaker
