Profile : Java Developer
Experience : 6-8 yrs
Location : Chennai and Noida
Notice Period : 15 Days
Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, B.Tech , BCA, MCA
● 4+ Years of Experience
● Proficiency in Java MYSQL on Java, Spring boot & API
●Must have good understanding of current and future trends and practices in Technology
● Must be able to demonstrate desired results and business outcomes
● Ability to drive technology evaluations and provide direction to team
● Ready to dive deep into code and provide engineering solutions in line with industry
standards
● Demonstrated experience and understanding of the Project and Software Development
Lifecycles
Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage multiple teams engaged in development of tech projects.
● Handling a team with various management responsibilities that include resource
management, reviewing, assessing, and managing quality of work, leading projects,
developing a technology strategy, and managing business relationships.
● Interact effectively and manage the partnership with a line of business and technology
stakeholders to deliver successful business results.
● Supervise, coach and train analysts and programmers
Assess system capabilities and undertake feasibility studies that include financial
considerations and time lines
Create workflow diagrams, explore alternative solutions, write programs
Comply with university standards for production, quality and productivity
Train system users, serve as an information resource, develop resource materials,
provide ongoing support
Write documentation for system references
Stay on top of new technology trends, join organizations, attend seminars,
conferences and ongoing opportunities for education
