Job Title: Software Engineering Leadership
We seek a highly skilled Senior/Principal Backend Software Engineer with leadership experience. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the product owner, area architect, and colleagues to clarify business needs and technical requirements, defining how best to support them.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain a high standard of technical excellence by emphasizing best practices and industry trends.
• Actively code and contribute to ongoing features and issues.
• Provide leadership, technical guidance, and direction for integration platform development.
• Work with stakeholders and enterprise architects to create a roadmap.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, manage the backlog, and drive agile software delivery processes.
• Support teams as an agile coach and ensure a healthy team composition through recruitment and retention efforts.
• Monitor and optimize costs related to product expenses, such as cloud services and licenses.
Qualifications:
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Over 10 years of experience in Software Development using JVM-related languages.
• Experience with Apache Camel, Microservices, AWS, Lambda, Kibana, and Elastic.
• A deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals, complemented by hands-on design and development expertise.
• A track record of successful technical leadership.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience working in distributed environments.
• Bonus points for experience developing integration platforms.

• Java 11+, Spring framework (Boot, Hibernate).
• Apache Camel.
• Oracle, PostgreSQL.
• CI/CD with Jenkins pipeline.
