Location: Mumbai (Worli/Airoli)
Notice Period: Immediate / 30 days
Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot issues across the housing database, integrator, Nec console, and mobile app.
Liaise with the support team to provide clear details of findings.
Raise defects if an issue is identified with the software.
Document lessons learned to avoid future occurrences.
Write scripts to assist investigations and clear down customer data where required.
Debug high-quality software using Java Spring Boot.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with Business Analysts and Product Owners to resolve requirements gaps and conflicts.
Support developed software within agreed service level targets and quality objectives.
Work effectively in the team.
Provide technical support, guidance, and inspiration to other team members.
Promptly escalate issues causing personal or team development to fall outside agreed quality or timescale tolerances and contribute to their resolution.
Suggest and implement process improvements that enhance performance, productivity.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes enhancing performance and quality of personal and team deliverables.
