Number of Vacancy - 2 Senior Interior Designer and 2 Junior Interior Designer
Job Description
• Develop creative interior design concepts including space planning, material selection and colour coordination.
• Create and present 2D / 3D design proposals by using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3Ds Max.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, quotations and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, machine operators and project teams to ensure smooth execution of designs.
• Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements and budget.
• Handle negotiations and ensure project closures while meeting sales targets
• Effectively communicate design concepts and convert leads to successful projects.
• Maintain good client relationship and support sales growth.
Qualifications & Experience
• Masters / Bachelors / Diploma in Architect, Interior design or a related field is a must for both the roles.
• Profeciency in AUTOCAD, Sketchup, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, Canva and any other Design Tools for both the roles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience is required for Junior Interior Designer.
• Good communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Overall experience from Design phase to Execution phase.
