About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join a growing business and take ownership of major national retail accounts across Australia and New Zealand.
This role is focused on strengthening existing partnerships, driving sell through performance, and ensuring strong in store execution across large retail networks. You’ll work closely with key retail buyers and internal teams to maximise account performance and deliver successful product launches.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and grow relationships with major national retail accounts
Drive sales performance, sell through, and reorder opportunities
Lead product launches and coordinate rollout across store networks
Monitor stock, ranging, and inventory performance
Improve in-store execution, merchandising, and brand visibility
Work cross functionally with marketing, supply chain, and operations
Analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, or National Accounts
Background in retail, wholesale, FMCG, apparel, or footwear highly regarded
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on sales and growth
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with retail buyers
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator who can influence and collaborate
