Paytm Deals is a new offering by Paytm which helps users discover Instant Discount offers on offline outlets in the Restaurants, Salon, and Spa industries.
About the role:
The individual will be responsible for managing and retention of premium accounts, handling merchant queries and Merchant Acquisitions
Expectations/ Requirements:
1. Acquisition / Management / Retention of Gold Accounts
2. Deliver monthly Targets
3. Online MDP Conversion
4. Revenue
5. Formulate Strategic Partnerships with Merchants
6. Customer Experience
7. Ensuring Equal / Enhanced customer experience via solving for Denials
8. Merchant Experience
+. Ensuring timely resolution of merchant queries
10. Good communication skill
