Senior L3 Developer
We’re looking for a FullStack developer with over 6 years of relevant experience in the technical implementation of software at mid-sized to large organizations, preferably in the payment orchestration industry, to join us as a Senior L3 Developer.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a good understanding of cloud-native technologies, specifically web, microservices and backend technologies. Domain knowledge in payments and compliance areas is preferred.
You will be a part of a next generation L3 application support team that is building self-service utilities, dashboards and self-healing applications based on software to help make our platform self-sustainable. What makes us successful as a team is our belief in the philosophy of machine and working software first.
How You Will Make an Impact:
• Debugging and troubleshooting issues and resolving the payment platform issues during an incident triage
• Managing the solution, design and implementation of client change requests and/or deliver enhancement based on incidents reported
• Participating in triage calls with the client if the issues call for changes to be in the software
• Presenting to the technical leadership team and application support team including provision of workarounds, root cause analysis and preventive action
• Updating and tracking client-reported as well as internally identified issues in JIRA
• Managing and updating JIRA issue tickets and responses to clients
• Communicating with global leadership based out of Denmark, USA and India
Skills you will have fine-tuned:
• Hands on experience of working with ReactJS, Springboot, Postgres SQL and Python
• Good knowledge of payment API and an understanding of payment orchestration
• Strong analytical and logical skills leaning towards building self-sustaining systems
• Demonstrated experience of working with open source tools like Grafana, K8s and Prometheus
• Exceptional enterprise solution, design and development, and debugging skills
• Good understanding of Agile practices and use of Atlassian tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence
