We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Labor and Employment Attorney to be part of a boutique firm specializing in complex litigation and providing strategic legal advice. As a valued member of our dynamic team, you will advise and represent employers in various legal proceedings, including trials, arbitrations, and administrative hearings. The ideal candidate will possess 2-15 years of relevant experience in labor and employment law, covering class actions and complex matters, with exposure to both plaintiff and defense sides. A valid California license is mandatory.
We offer flexible work arrangements, including hybrid and fully remote options, with a preference for candidates who can commit to being onsite one day per week in either Los Angeles or San Francisco.
