Senior Lawyer
Crown Law is seeking a Senior Lawyer to join our Workplace Law team, where you'll provide expert legal advice and representation on complex public sector employment, industrial relations, and anti-discrimination matters.
This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of workplace and administrative law, advising and representing Queensland Government departments and agencies on cases that shape the public sector.

⚖ About the role
Provide expert legal advice on public sector employment law, industrial relations, anti-discrimination matters, and administrative law
Represent government clients in State and Federal industrial relations tribunals and courts
Draft complex legal documents, including court submissions and policy advice
Contribute to training for government agencies on workplace law developments
Supervise and mentor junior legal officers as required
????⚖️ About you
Admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland (or eligible for admission)
Minimum 4 years post-admission experience in workplace, industrial, or employment law
Strong litigation and advisory skills, with experience in government or regulatory law highly regarded
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and practical legal advice
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
