Senior Lawyer for Litigation and Contracts

We are hiring for a Senior Lawyer for Litigation and Contracts role at Impact Guru Technology Ventures Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, contract management, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

• Providing sound legal advice on business operations, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

• Managing corporate compliance, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate legal matters, with a strong focus on litigation, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
