About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant for the Chief Operating Office to define and establish framework for changes that impact India & Philippines (I&P).
In this role, you will:
• Develop and implement framework that addresses the gaps in identification, assessment, and management of change impacting I&P
• Work with stakeholders across Business Groups and Enterprise Functions as well as Enterprise level stakeholders leading the Wells Fargo Change Programs to draw out a horizontal view, reporting and monitoring plan across I&P
• Conduct deep dives across the Business Groups and Enterprise Functions to assess maturity of change identification, assessment and management in each Line of Business, devise strategy and action plans to implement framework developed
• Lead cross divisional forums to steer framework development and support implementation and monitoring of change identification, assessment and governance
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on the change management across I&P
• Have very high visibility to senior leadership and act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive change management governance and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
