About the role
The role is responsible for managing client deliveries globally, work with clients to document requirements, design, develop, and deliver client customizations. The role requires for client support across multiple time zones and assisting clients during ACBS installations in UAT/Production environments over the weekends.

What you will be doing
• Automate the deployment and configuration of ACBS Solution. Utilizing multiple tools to automate the processes, like Ansible, Jenkins, PowerShell, Terraform
• Evaluate Cloud-based technologies to find the best answers to challenging technical problems.
• Analyze, understand, and improve our overall solution together with the product development teams to lower hardware requirements, increase security, performance, elasticity and more.
• Automate recurring processes utilizing automation scripts (e.g. client on-/offboarding, releases, patches, upgrades, …)
• Suggest and evaluate new ideas/technologies that improve our Cloud readiness, cost-efficiency, DevOps, or maintenance aspects (e.g. build & deployment, monitoring & alerting, …)
What you will need
• Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS stack
• A keen interest in Cloud architectures, technologies, and trends
• Basic programming skills are a must, as scripting /automation is a key part of the job
• Exposure to Yaml, PowerShell, Terraform, XML, JSON
• Experience in DevOps concepts and technologies (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins or Harness)
• Windows command line experience
• Linux Administration experience
• Database knowledge in Oracle or Microsoft SQL server is a great plus
• Great interpersonal and communication skills to interact with our global Teams
• Experience Source Code utilizing Git/Bitbucket/Jira
• Problem-Solving attitude
• Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Jenkins/Harness, Programming skills, Git
