Global Transfer Agency Services is a group of highly talented and motivated individuals who strive for providing best products for Mutual Fund Transfer Agents. Team at Pune and Hyderabad location is focused working on US, Canada and International TA systems.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
This position is for Senior Lead Engineer – Development for Global Transfer Agency Services team. You would be working on complex financial product development in Mutual Fund Transfer Agency. You would be required to do communication with business stake holders, technical / product engineering teams, and senior management. You would be working in highly quality & client focused environment.
Work with Product Owners / BAs / Scrum Master to understand business requirements and assignments.
Collaborate well with stake holders and other team members. Work on technical design specifications as per FIS guidelines.
Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications. Integrate software components and third-party programs.
Verify and deploy programs and systems. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
Recommend and execute performance and design improvements.
Create technical documentation as required.
WHAT YOU BRING
Year of Experience: 6 to 10 years
Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular / Type Script.
Good understanding of Microservices and DevOPS.
Prefer candidates from Capital Markets/Asset Management/Transfer Agency Domains
Strong in OOPS concepts, DBMS Concepts, Design / Architecture abilities and troubleshooting skills.
Good understanding of how to design scalable, high-performance systems.
Experience in using Agile / Lean practices and methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, result driven approach and be able to work with business side stakeholders.
Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts
