The Role : Senior Lead Information Security Engineer
The Team : The candidate will be joining a team of highly motivated and professional individuals. The IDM team is responsible for delivering Identity and Access Management solutions to the entire organization. IDM team has complete purview and control over-engineering, the architecture, development, deployment, and support of Identity and Access Management Systems, providing essential security services in Identity Governance & Administration (SailPoint). The team is also responsible for meeting the ++.++% system availability, supporting the integration of IAM services with several hundred applications, and working closely with Risk Management in setting and implementing security policies that control risk across the entire company.
The Impact : The candidate in this role would be a part of the IAM Development group. As part of this group, the candidate would:
• Need strong SailPoint and Java development experience.
• Strong experience in cloud technologies like AWS.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise identity management platforms, identity proofing principles, and identity management best practice.
• Strong experience with user provisioning and self-service; account creation and management; entitlement review and certification; entitlement management; enterprise directory architecture and design; role-based access control; single sign-on; identity federation; privileged user access management; multi factor authentication.
• Understanding current developments and trends in access provisioning across Active Directory, on-premises and SaaS/Cloud, ERP systems, and other provisioning targets.
• Experience working with functional business and technical teams in large and complex environments.
• Experience in deploying and managing applications on Tomcat.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, SAML, AD, LDAP, account life cycle management, and other IAM tenets.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance policies.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration concepts.
• The Identity Management team is highly visible due to its place at the heart of cross-application integration, its enforcement of best practices, and a mandate from SPGI executive management that employee access rights be consistent and transparent.

Responsibilities :
• Build knowledge and expertise of security tools, services, and technologies, particularly SPGI's use of the SailPoint, Web Services, and Access Management Suite.
• Form working relationships with multiple technology teams across SPGI.
• Document installation instructions and other system-related information.
• Verify system architecture's stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability.
• Collaborate with architects to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components.
• Implementation of IGA solutions for connecting to multiple target systems.
• Ability to build custom plugins and connectors.
• Monitor system operation to detect potential problems.
• Ability to demonstrate and implement Identity Governance and Administration functions.
What We’re Looking For :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or MCA.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a development role.
