We are seeking a skilled Sr. Lead Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Platforms Technology (EPTech) team. As a key member of our team, you will lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full stack systems. Your expertise in cloud computing, programming languages like Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, will enable you to create innovative solutions that help meet regulatory needs for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a portfolio of technology projects and teams to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences for our customers.
Collaborate with digital product managers to develop solutions that meet business requirements and drive customer satisfaction.
Mentor junior engineers and share your passion for staying on top of tech trends and experimenting with new technologies.
Utilize your technical expertise to evaluate code and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
++ years of experience in at least one of the following: Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js.
3+ years of experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or another cloud service.
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
1+ years of people management experience.
2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
