Are you a seasoned Company Secretary or Legal professional with 18–20 years of experience in corporate law, governance, and regulatory matters?
We’re looking for a professional with strong analytical, research, and leadership skills to oversee complex legal and governance frameworks for a multinational organization.
✅ Based in Mumbai
✅ Member of ICSI (Company Secretary); LLB preferred
✅ Strong exposure to MNCs, large banks, or global corporates
✅ Proven ability to manage teams, drive CSR, Inclusion & Diversity initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional governance activities
✅ Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and people leadership are essential
