Job Responsibilities:
As a senior legal advisor, you will be responsible for providing commercial and legal advice on property-related matters. This includes managing, advising, assisting, reporting, and record keeping of legal and corporate matters in an accurate, timely, effective, professional, and commercially focused manner.
Responsibilities also include drafting, advising, and negotiating agreements; assisting with compliance and policy; leasing; management and more.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of PQE in commercial property law
Strong technical knowledge of property law and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
