Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Legal Analyst, located in Jaipur. The Senior Legal Analyst will be responsible for preparing legal documents, reviewing and drafting contractual agreements, and performing extensive legal research. The analyst will also analyze and interpret complex legal issues, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and facilitate communication with legal and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures
Proficient in preparing legal documents and reviewing contractual agreements
Excellent analytical skills for interpreting complex legal issues
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with legal and regulatory bodies
Relevant experience in legal compliance and risk management
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
Experience working in a global compliance environment is a plus,
