Then our Costs Litigation Assistant role is the new finance job for you! Don’t worry you don’t need to have experience in law! We believe that your finance experience will give you a great foundation to build on.
We provide a full training structure, with weekly sessions for the first 5 weeks and then monthly sessions. We’re all about helping you succeed and offering multiple growth opportunities. You will help draft bills of costs, calculate the different costs involved in a case. We have a cohort of Costs Litigation Assistants starting in 7th October 2026 . If you are available to start full-time from then, we would love to hear from you!
Express Solicitors are currently ranked 80 out of more than 10,000 law firms in the UK and ranked in the top ten for the Best Law Firm to work for in the UK by Best Companies. Working Hours -8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday
Hybrid Working - working from home offered after probation
Holidays - 23 days holiday a year, rising to 26 days PLUS a day off for your birthday after 2 years’ service
Benefits - Lots of other benefits like holiday buyback, death in service, free fruit, Employee Assistant Programme, paid for social events, and annual flu jabs.
