We are presently looking for Senior Associates for our General Corporate practice in Pune, Chennai and Bengaluru location.
Experience required in minimum 5+ years in a reputed corporate law firm and/or as an in-house counsel.
Job profile-
• To provide professional legal advice, legal leadership, strategy, and risk management through knowledge experience and help develop compliance systems and processes for clients.
• Review, draft and negotiate legal contracts including but not limited to MOU’s, agreements, consulting engagement agreements, vendor contracts, work orders, confidentiality agreements, RFP/RFQ/RFE documents and other legal documentation.
• Continually developing and improving legal team processes, compliance-related processes, contract templates, best-negotiating practices, etc.
• Assisting with the development of policies, procedures, and controls.
• Participate in legal and other compliance-related projects.
• Research and analyze laws, regulations, and rules to assess applicability and impact on the client.
• Supervise and aid in the recruitment, appraisal, development and training of junior associates.
