AasaanWill is a product of AssetVault, an online platform that was launched in the year 2016 in the UK with the goal to help people manage and track their assets better.
The product soon evolved into a digital estate planning platform that allowed users to write a Will and plan their succession in a completely digital manner, through the comfort of their homes.
Considering the high number of civil cases arising out of family disputes in Indian courts, the high cost of estate planning through traditional methods, massive lack of awareness, and the time taken for writing a Will in India, AssetVault expanded its presence to India in 2021 with its product AasaanWill.
AasaanWill deals in creating Wills and is involved in matters of Succession Planning. We have our office in Hyderabad in India.
We are looking for Full-time Law graduates who can work on our product AasaanWill .
Requisites :
• Qualification : LLB or LLM or LLB+ BBA / MBA
• PQE : 2-3 Years
• Job Description : draft legal documents and attend the client queries.
• Our product can be seen here
• Providing a consistently excellent experience to potential and existing customers over the phone, email, and live chat;
• Assisting with the product and legal queries to fuel our growth
• Gain an understanding of all aspects of the business and product
• Championing the voice of the customer - internally upholding what is important to our customers and helping to make sure their feedback is heard across the business, and contributing your ideas to help shape how we do things
• Comfortable in doing customer calls
• Our clients have queries around legal documentation, educate them on Succession planning and address their queries
• Schedule Notarization or Registration across India
• Help Our NRI Customers with their Succession planning for their Indian and foreign assets
• Location : Jaipur (On-Site) preferably
• Salary : As per Industry Standards
• Skills needed :
• You are approachable and sympathetic, with excellent listening, written & verbal communication skills, delivered in a reassuring tone
• Fluent in English and Hindi; any other language is a huge plus
• Have impeccable attention to detail, as well as great prioritization and creative problem solving skills
• Prove you are able to quickly master internal systems and processes
• Be motivated by the prospect of helping people through a difficult time and eager to constantly learn
• Be ambitious and excited about joining and growing in a fast-moving tech startup

Interview Process : There will be 3-4 Interview rounds inclusive of Telephonic conversations and followed with Assignment rounds and final in-person round.
After meeting in-person, if needed candidates may be requested to submit an assignment to take a final call if one suits the required position or not.
